The majority of the 19 Colleges of the University of London have their own halls of residence. The University also has eight Intercollegiate Halls of Residence 
which full-time, registered students from all Colleges and Institutes may apply to.
Many halls of residence are available to members of the public during vacation periods. They also have conference facilities which are available all year round.
