Financial Planning and Analysis Unit

Provides financial support, advice and information to assist Budget Centre managers to plan operations and control results with the maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Financial Services Unit

Is responsible for the management of cash balances, bank and control account reconciliations and assisting in year-end accounts and financial returns.  The Unit is also responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient and timely payments of all University of London, Senate House Services Ltd and Trust invoices and providing income based services covering, receipting, depositing cash and cheques and processing income to ledgers and sales order processing and also the management of outstanding debt.

Procurement Unit

The Procurement Unit offers professional purchasing support to all University employees and aims to enable the University to make maximum use of its non-pay resources in order that we may minimise purchasing costs and achieve value for money in the delivery of goods and services to our internal customers, whilst contributing to the overall strategic goals of the University of London.
