The Division develops a Business Plan at the beginning of each academic year which shows details of each section's key tasks for the coming year as well as strategic issues.

The Plan is reviewed monthly by the Section Heads and any action or progress is logged.

At the end of each year, a copy of the finalised document is sent to the Director of Administration for information.
