Central University of London staff are invited to an induction seminar where they are introduced to the workings of the central Offices, including the facilities and services available to them.

New staff are encouraged to call upon the SD Office at any time (without an appointment if it is urgent) in their early months of service for advice, information or a discussion on how they are faring.  Thereafter, the usual facilities for existing staff apply.

All members of staff are encouraged to discuss their developmental needs with their line manager in the first instance.  However, this does not preclude anyone from making an appointment to talk with the Staff Development Manager as well.
