These sessions are tailored in their focus, but each will explain the provisions of the Disability Discrimination Act and outline the responsibilities of the University and its staff under the DDA and SENDA.

This course looks at the important issue of Equality and Diversity within the University context. Participants will gain an understanding of the legal framework in this area and the implications for their role as a manager. We will look at the practical implications for our roles including some of the issues, which we may need to address. Participants will have the opportunity to develop practical plans to translate learning into actions for their area of responsibility.
