The Staff development office offer a range of IT qualifications to members of staff at the University of London.
Members of staff are able to register for the E/ICDL qualification, E/ICDL Advanced qualifications or attend the 'drop in' workshop sessions.
The European/International Computer Driving Licence (E/ICDL) is the internationally recognised qualification which enables candidates to demonstrate their competence in the use of Information Technology (IT). |

E/ICDL Advanced qualifications build upon the E/ICDL and enable candidates to demonstrate a higher level computer skills. |

The 'drop in' workshop sessions are available to staff to either practise for an E/ICDL or E/ICDL Advanced test or to discuss/troubleshoot general IT-related problems with Steven Mensah.
