EndNote is an application that stores and manages bibliographic data, an excellent tool for managing references for research projects. References can be imported directly into EndNote from many online databases, saving you the time of manually reproducing them. Once inputted into EndNote your references can be sorted and edited. They can then be exported to a Word document in a variety of bibliographic styles.

This workshop covers all the basic features of the EndNote programme including importing references from online databases, managing and storing references and generating bibliographies.

Please note that the workshop does not cover online search techniques and some familiarity with searching databases such as PubMed is assumed.
