These programmes are organised jointly by the institutions of the Bloomsbury area, providing participants with valuable opportunities for networking with colleagues from the colleges. Programmes run over two to three months and require attendance at all workshops.

This an innovative personal and career development programme for staff working in Higher Education.

This new programme, developed in collaboration between 5 Universities and with Leadership Foundation for Higher Education funding and piloted during 2006, is now being rolled out nationally.
There are 5 modules to attend over 5 months.
Participating in this programme will equip you to: - take control of your future - overcome barriers to your personal and professional achievements - start a journey which will tell you more about yourself - improve your working relationships - nurture your potential - develop your understanding about the challenge of diversity and difference - be confident in making decisions - make more effective contributions at work
As part of the programme you will participate in a range of learning activities including personal self reflection and group/team work.
