University of London Housing Services consists of the Private Housing Unit (PHU) and the Property Management Unit (PMU).

Legal advice service is supported by the retention of a firm of housing solicitors.The Property Management Unit (PMU) offers a selection of self-catering houses and flats, of various size ranging from one to seven bedroom properties, specifically for use as student accommodation. The PMU properties are made up of University of London owned, long leased and head-leased accommodation.
Head-leased properties are leased from private landlords, and then in turn let to students. This gives the student greater confidence as their landlord is the University. When available, PMU accommodation is advertised directly on the Private Housing Unit lists and website.
