You will recall that an SDF Task Group was set up to consider a number of Professional Development schemes, particularly with a view to seeing what features seem to promote their effectiveness in practice. This is not only of interest for its own sake, but also informs thoughts around a possible PD scheme for HE staff developers (as being considered by Theme 3 of the SDF's Strategic Staff Development Project).

The report is not a public document as such, being intended for the SD community.
