The key activities for the Accommodation and Hospitality division are:

• The delivery of excellent student/customer care
• Supporting the University’s main academic activities through the management of accommodation and meeting space as well as catering and hospitality services
• Developing a strategy to enable the generation of revenue from surplus space to help underpin the University’s core activities
• The provision of shared accommodation, housing and conference services to the Colleges of the University of London
