
Abdul Bhanji has spent over 30 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers culminating his career as a Senior Partner in charge of Business Development. He is currently a Special Advisor to the Senior Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and works in a similar capacity with a number of Chairmen and CEOs of multinational organisations. He is a leading member of the UK Business Community and contributes regularly to debates, discussions and issues that affect UK businesses.
He is a Governor of the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London; former Chairman of the Aga Khan Foundation (UK) National Committee, and a Trustee of the Prince's Foundation for Children and the Arts. He is a member of the Marshall Commission, the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) London Region Council and the CBI Europe Committee. He is a founding partner of the recruitment firm, The Inzito Partnership.
His educational involvements also include being a former member of the Council of the Open University, and a Member of the former Further Education Funding Council for Greater London.
He was born in Tanzania and educated in England. He is married with three sons aged 24, 21 and 15.
