The Estates & Facilities Division is responsible for all aspects of the operation, management, maintenance and development of the University of London estate. View a map of the estate

The Division comprises the following sections:
The Estate Management
[PDF 14pg, 17KB] section manages the University Estate ensuring that the University's obligations as a landlord are fulfilled and that tenants abide by their obligations. It also deals with rating, valuation and strategic planning matters.
The Building Services Group
[PDF 1pg, 15KB] is responsible for the upkeep of the central University's estate and supports the Estate Management section in its role as Landlord.
The Estates Finance
[PDF 1pg, 27KB] section is responsible for the supervision of ordering and purchasing procedures and is involved in the preparation of budgets for building maintenance, construction projects, electricity, gas, fuel and water supplies, purchasing of materials and labour costs. The section monitors expenditure to ensure it remains within budget.
