University of London Computer Centre

ULCC develops and implements the IT strategy for the central University. This involves providing office applications on 1,400 PCs, operating more than 40+ servers and maintaining a high performance local network for specialist institutions across several locations. ULCC also supports over 54,000 distance learning students in association with the University of London International Programmes.

Furthermore, internet access is provided to 3,500 students in the Intercollegiate Halls. A range of specialist applications are supported. Web services are provided to disseminate information resources and research findings. Support is available through the IT Service Centre.

ULCC also has over 40 years experience of delivering high quality, cost-effective IT services beyond the central University. The customer base is predominantly in education, but also includes a wide range of large and small organisations across the public and commercial sectors. The staff of 70+ professionals ranges from archivists, designers and e-learning advisers to programmers and network engineers. ULCC has technical experts and customer support specialists, enabling delivery of complete solutions.
