We will collect the following information if you participate in certain Reduce the Juice initiatives:

The Reduce the Juice project will use your personal data where we have a legitimate interest, this is for:
- Analysis and statistical reporting
- Entry into competitions
- Promotion of the project
- Improving our services
- Administration of any prize/award
- Other reasons where we have a genuine legitimate interest
Where you have given your consent for data collection such as via our Mailing list.
In the event that you are a competition winner or honourable mention, we will contact you to ask for your permission for further data collection.

Do we share it with other institutions?
We will share names and email addresses with your college/institution so that they can keep track of how many of their students have been involved. They may add these names to their sustainability mailing lists to update you on their projects, please check your institution’s specific privacy policy.
Other third parties
We may share your information with other sustainability partners for the purpose of administering our project, where we have a legitimate interest to do so.
We will keep your data for the life of the project and will inform you of the retention period of our competitions.
