Katie Kopec, a Director in JLL's strategic development consulting team, is one of the U.K.'s foremost development advisors, having successfully delivered a wide range of complex commercial developments for diverse clients around the world.
Katie's work involves providing advice on the viability of large-scale, mixed-use inner-city urban regeneration schemes across the UK. In London, she has consulted on projects at Canary Wharf, Canada Water, King's Cross, Stratford, and Olympic Park, among others.
Her 35 years of experience include five spent on secondment to London & Partners, the official promotional arm for London, where she advised the Mayor of London on regeneration and development opportunities across the city to encourage inward investment.
