Studios are a perfect solution for those who value their independence and would like to have access to their own cooking facilities as each studio has a kitchenette where you can prepare your own meals.

About this room

This DDA Large Single Studio comes with everything that you need to move in:

  • double bed with an anti-allergy mattress
  • spacious desk, desk chair, pinboard, small bin
  • drawers, shelves, wardrobe
  • coffee table and an armchair
  • two sets of roller blinds (regular and blackout)

Wi-Fi is included as standard for all your study needs.

The kitchenette area is fitted with an electric hob, microwave, sink, kettle, toaster, bin and a fridge-freezer. There is also a breakfast bar with a bar stool where you can enjoy your meals. Please note that the cooking equipment, crockery, etc. are not provided.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a mirror with a storage facility and integrated socket for shavers. This accommodation has adaptations for residents with access or mobility requirements. Virtual Tour

Small print

We took extra care to give you an idea of what our accommodation looks like. However, please note that the actual accommodation may slightly differ from the pictures and virtual tour in terms of the size and layout.

Terms like Small, Medium, Large or Plus relate to the floor area size and the number of square meters is an average size of this particular accommodation type. The room does not come with any additional furnishings (e.g. bedding, cushions, ornaments etc.) apart from what is listed.

Ratios for shared facilities are given as a guide based on averages and actual numbers may differ.

DDA stands for Disability Discrimination Act and indicates that the accommodation has adaptations for residents with access or mobility requirements. Whilst the Act has been replaced by the Equality Act in law, the DDA abbreviation remains in use.
