Single Ensuite rooms offer you a comfortable place to live and study while you’re at university. They come with a private bathroom for this extra bit of privacy.

About this room

This DDA Single Ensuite Plus room is furnished with everything you need to move in:

  • small double bed with a mattress
  • spacious desk, desk chair, pinboard, small bin
  • drawers, shelves, wardrobe
  • window blind

Wi-Fi is included as standard for all your study needs.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, a mirror with a storage facility and an integrated socket for shavers. This accommodation has adaptations for residents with access or mobility requirements. The bathroom is a wet-room style that offers more space for wheelchair users and the fittings are slightly lower for improved reachability.

You will have your meals in the dining hall twice a day, every day: breakfast (brunch at weekends) and dinner. There is also a small pantry on your floor with a fridge, kettle and a microwave so you can make yourself a quick snack at any time.

The room is offered on a 40-weeks contract.

Virtual Tour

Small print

We took extra care to give you an idea of what our accommodation looks like. However, please note that the actual accommodation may slightly differ from the pictures and virtual tour in terms of the size and layout.

Terms like Small, Medium, Large or Plus relate to the floor area size and the number of square meters is an average size of this particular accommodation type. The room does not come with any additional furnishings (e.g. bedding, cushions, ornaments etc.) apart from what is listed.

Ratios for shared facilities are given as a guide based on averages and actual numbers may differ.

DDA stands for Disability Discrimination Act and indicates that the accommodation has adaptations for residents with access or mobility requirements. Whilst the Act has been replaced by the Equality Act in law, the DDA abbreviation remains in use.
