Retired academic staff and individuals who graduated with a degree from the University of London, or from one of the 17 independent federation members of the University of London, are eligible to join Senate House Library.
Please register online before you come into the Library.
Retired academic staff and individuals who graduated with a degree from the University of London, or from one of the 17 federation members of the University of London, are eligible to join Senate House Library.
Alumni membership comes with a ten book borrowing allowance and the added extra of off-site access to a range of major e-resources. These resources may be accessed via the A-Z list of databases. Use the number on the front of your Senate House Library Card when prompted. Please note, these resources are for private study and non-commercial research only.
Register
To register for alumni membership, you will need to provide proof of graduation, which can include a degree certificate, academic transcript or alumni card from the University of London or one of the member institutions, along with photographic ID and proof of address. See ID requirements for more information.

If you do not have a certificate, transcript or alumni card, the University of London Development Office may be able to assist you with alternative verification.
