Visiting Scholars programme
You are reading:
We offer Visiting Scholars the opportunity to engage in projects and activities that are mutually agreed with identified intended outcomes, with placements usually lasting for between four and six months.
About the visiting scholars programme
- Placements are particularly attractive for those with support from their home countries for a period of scholarship or sabbatical study.
- A bespoke programme of activities is developed for each individual Visiting Scholar to support their intended outcomes.
- Placements range across research, applied research, evaluation, capacity building, upskilling, programme/short course development and training.
- Projects and research activities are fully supported by staff at the University of London.
- Visiting Scholars are given workspace in the University of London’s iconic Senate House complex, provided with a desk, email account and computer facilities and granted access to our extensive online Library with over 100 million digital items in the collection plus our physical Senate House library.
- Access to our recording studios and editing suites and technical workshops is available to support enhanced digital skills in virtual learning environment creation and development.
- A modest fee is payable by the scholar, or their supporting organisation, to cover CODE’s costs.
