Integrating management: business, leadership and innovation


This module draws together all of your learning over the entire programme.

With prior modules you build up knowledge on the workings of key corporate functions. In this module you will increase your knowledge of the opportunities and challenges that arise from the external business context in the early 21st century.

You will evaluate these from the perspective of a range of corporate functions and appropriate corporate response structures identified. You will reflect on the leadership and innovation challenges in contemporary organisations as these apply to the core subject areas you have studied earlier in the programme.
