Single rooms at Eleanor Rosa House offer you a comfortable place to live and study while you’re at university. They come with a private bathroom for this extra bit of privacy.
About this room
This Standard Single room is furnished with everything you need to move in:
- small double bed with a mattress
- spacious desk, desk chair, pinboard, small bin
- drawers, shelves, wardrobe
- two sets of roller blinds (regular and blackout)
Wi-Fi is included as standard for all your study needs.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a mirror with a storage facility and integrated socket for shavers.
Each bedroom is part of a flat with a shared kitchen (on average sharing between 6 people). You will be able to cook your meal or have dinner parties with your flatmates. The kitchens come with a cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer and plenty of lockable storage. There is also a dining room table and a seating area.
The room is offered on a 50-weeks contract.
