Townhouses offer a perfect solution for residents who would like the security of living in a university-managed accommodation but also experience the independence of sharing with their flatmates.
About this room
Each townhouse consists of between 14-18 bedrooms spread over four levels (please note there is no lift access).
The room is furnished with everything you need to move in:
- single bed with a mattress
- spacious desk, desk chair, pinboard, small bin
- drawers, shelves, wardrobe
- window blinds
Wi-Fi is included as standard for all your study needs.
The bathroom is shared between 2 residents and has a shower, sink, toilet and a mirror with a storage facility and integrated socket for shavers.
There is a large kitchen with several induction cookers, ovens, microwaves, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezers and plenty of storage, as well as a communal dining space and a lounge area on the 1st floor. Please note that the cooking equipment, crockery, etc. are not provided.
This room is offered on either a 40 or 50-week contract.
