Halls of Residence
The University of London Institute in Paris offers a hassle-free option for those who are considering halls. Our block booking with Nexity and Estudines allows students to apply and sign the rental contract via the Institute in Paris.
Nexity and Estudines are chains of private student halls. The University of London Institute in Paris has had a special arrangement with Nexity since September 2018 and with Estudines since September 2022, offering you a hassle-free option that will allow you to smoothly transition into the vibrant capital city of Paris.
All flats are fully-furnished with a private bathroom and kitchen corner. Monthly rent will be paid in sterling to the University of London and will include electricity, water, internet connection and housing insurance. Priority will be given to new undergraduate students in the first place.
Both Nexity and Estudines have several student halls of residence across Paris and its suburbs. As part of our special arrangement with them, the following residences are part of the agreement the University of London Institute in Paris set up with Nexity and Estudines:
Nexity
Through our arrangement with Nexity, you can choose between two locations: the 12th arrondissement in Paris, or Vanves located just on the outskirts of Paris.
Nexity Studéa Vivaldi - Location - Paris 12th arrondissement
Nexity Vivaldi residence is located in the ‘South’, more precisely in the 12th arrondissement. Travel time is approximately 30 minutes from the university by metro. Just a couple of minutes away from the residence, there are at least two supermarkets, as well as as a farmers' market on Thursdays and Sundays. Near the residence is an atypical park, Coulée verte René-Dumont, perched on a former railway line that links Bastille to Bois de Vincennes, making it a perfect weekend activity. In addition, the residence is near the Bastille area, a vibrant neighbourhood with many shops, cafés and even an Opera House.
Two types of flats are available. Type A flats are 16sqm at a monthly rent of approximately £795 and Type B flats are 22 sqm flats at a monthly rent of approximately £905.

Nexity Studéa - Vanves
Vanves is located just on the outskirts of Paris, South West of the city. You have three options available in Vanves: Studéa Vanves Jean Monnet , Studéa Vanves Bleuzen and Studéa Vanves Marcheron. The area of Vanves is well connected to Paris with many metros in close proximity. The residences are relatively close to each other and travel time is approximately 30 minutes from the university by metro. Within close distance to the residences, you will find supermarkets and a little further a range of shops. Vanves is a great way to be close to Paris with the benefits of a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. To find out more about each residence, please visit the Nexity website.

Estudines Quai d'Ivry
Estudines Quai d'Ivry is located in Ivry on the outskirts of Paris, South East of the city. Travel time is approximately 40 minutes from the University by RER. Within close distance of the residence, you will find supermarkets, movie theatres and the well-known Bibliothèque François Mitterand. The building is brand new offering amenities such as a co-working space and gym.
