Celebrating the impact of philanthropy and volunteering
The University has published the latest edition of The Effect of Giving, highlighting the impact of support from alumni, donors and friends over the past year.
The publication features a range of stories showcasing the breadth of philanthropic support given to the University during 2023-2024.
Read The Effect of Giving
In this edition, you can read about the success of the Warburg Renaissance, which culminated in the reopening of the Warburg Institute last year. We also report on funds raised in support of research projects across the University, and donations made towards Senate House Library’s special collections.
We also shine a spotlight on University of London alumna Dr Ler Ser Yeng, who volunteers as an Alumni Ambassador, highlight the work we did to award honorary teaching degrees to former teachers, and speak with two students who received support through the University of London Scholars Programme.
We extend our sincere thanks to all those alumni, donors and friends who so generously support the University’s mission to transform lives through education.
The Effect of Giving was produced by the University’s Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement Office. Learn more about our work and how you can support the University.
