You were nominated for the Science and Sustainability Award at the British Council Study UK Alumni Awards for the Middle East and North Africa. What did the nomination mean to you?
Being nominated for such an esteemed and well-known award was one of the most defining moments in my academic and professional career. The nomination solidifies the passion and appreciation I have for data science and artificial intelligence (AI). Additionally, it serves as motivation for me to enhance the field by experimenting with emerging technologies in GenAI and Quantum Machine Learning.
Can you tell us more about your company IMetabee.com and any other work you are doing?
IMetaBee.com is broadly an e-commerce platform specialized in selling high-end digitized products related to data science and artificial intelligence. Currently, the website is in its beta stage, with plans to officially launch the business later this year. I am also planning to launch other start-ups in the field of artificial intelligence.
I’m working with different venture capitalists, teams, and fund incubators to realize some of my team’s ideas related to social sciences, urban life development, financial technology and healthcare.
What have been some of the most rewarding moments of your career so far?
I’ve developed a range of machine learning-based models for several companies based in the United Arab Emirates. However, I would say the most rewarding moment was the successful development of a risk management project that I published on various social media sites, as well as the creation of my own business, IMetaBee.com.
