Get Library materials delivered to your desktop

Date

If you need to access an item from our closed stacks or off-site storage, you no longer need to visit the Library in person. We are now offering a scanning and delivery service that allows you to get electronic copies sent directly to your inbox.

When searching the Catalogue, check for the "Request Scan" button if the item is held in our closed stacks.

Simply click the button and fill out the request form. We will scan the relevant sections of the item and email them to you, free of charge to all Library members excluding day and weekly ticket holders. Please note we can provide only one chapter of a book or one article per journal issue due to copyright restrictions. We aim to respond to all requests within two days.

Whether you can’t make it to us in person or want to browse items in your own time, our scanning service brings the resources you need right to your computer.
