Online IT Drop-in Sessions open to members on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am – 12pm  

New IT Drop-in Sessions available online from March 

From Tuesday 2 March 2021, Senate House Library members will be able to speak to IT support staff remotely through our new online IT Drop-in Sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am – 12pm.  

Our IT support staff can help with IT related issues experienced on devices loaned from the Library as well as members' own personal devices. 

Members will need to book a 15 minute session online in advance. Once confirmed, a link with be emailed to enable members to speak to IT support staff directly at the time booked.
