'Publishing Modernist Fiction & Poetry' mini-exhibition is now open
Our free mini-exhibition Publishing Modernist Fiction & Poetry is now open in Room 101, first floor, Senate House. It runs for just two weeks from Monday 17 - Friday 28 June 219 (open Mon-Sat, 9am-5.30pm only).
Here you can explore the radical printing presses of modernist writers such as Virginia Woolf, Djuna Barnes and Nancy Cunard through 26 items on display. It is curated by Lise Jaillant, Loughborough University & IES Visiting Fellow, and Leila Kassir, Senate House Library.
There is also an accompanying video which features interviews with Lise Jaillant (Loughborough Uni & IES Research Fellow), Mercedes Aguirre (British Library) & Richard Espley (Senate House Library):
