Organised by Race Equality Matters, it is a week when over 2,000 organisations across the country unite in activity to address race in the workplace. This year's theme, #ActionNotJustWords, highlights the importance of deeds and impact over rhetoric. Organisations are encouraged to plan activities, implement Race Equality Matters solutions, and join public events.
At the individual level, one way to mark this week is to commit to finding time to develop our own understanding of race and race inequity issues and to become an ally.

Podcast series
The podcast series "Racism at Work", is hosted by Professor Binna Kandola OBE who is joined by a panel of expert guests to explore the evolution of modern racism, how it manifests in the workplace, and how we can all address it.
