Person details>
I am an economist with over 20 years of experience in academia, public policy, and the private sector. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from Tilburg University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University. From 2018 to 2022, I was Colombia’s Minister of Housing and Sanitation, where I led significant efforts to improve access to affordable housing and drinkable water.
Currently, I am an Associate Professor at the National University of Colombia. My leadership roles, including serving as President of the Colombian Banking Association, enable me to guide and mentor any students who interested in economics, public policy, and innovation.
