Worked for over 30 years in large corporations in UK and Canada. Last 15 at senior executive level. Chaired diversity programs. Have worked as executive coach at individual and team levels (ICF certified) - and in transition work. Was certified as a CMC (I no longer maintain this membership). Did the MSc whilst an executive so understand the strains of studying whilst in a large role and with a family and remote learning.
