Kye Xin Ho

As a working class person who does not have the luxury of complete hours dedicated to studies, I understand and want to actively work to uplift long distance learners who might not have comprehensive guidance to the University's support structures and available services. I know that the University prides itself for having global outreach and is constantly developing initiatives that can enrich student experiences, but the effectiveness of such projects tend to be lost in transit due to lack of a facilitating middleperson, especially in the context of a pandemic. I am passionate about increasing education accessibility and to work towards greater engagement with students who place their trust in UoL as their next step forward, and would like to have the chance to demonstrate this.
