Dr Nisha Mohamed graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degree. She then pursued her Doctorate from the University of Southampton under the supervision of Professor Robert Merkin QC. She is called to the Hong Kong Bar and the Bar of England and Wales. She has a mixed practice and appears in first instance and appellate level cases. She also teaches part-time.
