Sandra Simić

I am thankful to the University of London for quality education and academic guidance, which greatly enriched my life. Therefore, I would be delighted to communicate this message and possibly help others wishing to pursue similar path.

I completed postgraduate education at the University of London with two specialisations, in Public International Law (LLM, 2013) and European Law (Postgraduate Diploma, 2012). I obtained a graduate degree in law from University of Rijeka, Faculty of Law in Croatia in 1998, passed the Bar Exam and was fully admitted to the Croatian Bar Chambers, practising law for many years as barrister in a private international law firm, and then continued working as a lawyer in the public sector. Besides practising law, I am an author, having published professional papers and literature pieces, promoting international peace, social justice and art.

With my professional and academic experience, I can share advice on how to approach the educational programme, considering the difference between the essential and further readings. Also, I can advise on how to balance study with other professional commitments, and offer insights into legal environments.

I believe everybody is entitled to quality education, which ultimately helps us to influence our societies in a positive way. I wish all students to remain inspired, as their inner worlds become wider and more beautiful through their studies.
