Tat Kwan 'Jacob' Yau

I obtained Bachelor of Economics and Finance, and LLB. I also have working experience in the Banking, Finance, and Law industry. I can share advice and guidance on the following topics: Career Planning, research skills, time management, knowledge in law and career aspects in Hong Kong and Mainland China. I have been a recipient of a number of academic awards, including Champion of Privacy Commissioner Prize in Privacy and Data Protection Law 2018 -19, an Essay competition open to all undergraduate students and taught postgraduate students (PCLL, JD, LLM & MCL) in The University of Hong Kong and Champion of Des Voeux Chambers Essay Prize 2019/2020, an Essay Competition open to all undergraduate students and PCLL students in The University of Hong Kong. I was also honoured with the Manchester Leadership Silver Award in 2010, the University of Manchester. I’m also a Mentee of Mentorship programme in The Hong Kong Law Society.
