The IT Drop-in Sessions are 15 minute bookable slots where you can talk to us via Microsoft Teams about any IT related issue you may be experiencing. We are able to answer questions about devices loaned from the Library as well as your own personal device.

The IT Drop-in Sessions are 15 minute bookable slots where you can talk to us via Microsoft Teams about any IT related issue you may be experiencing. We are able to answer questions about devices loaned from the Library as well as your own personal device.

Support for any IT-related issues

  • We offer 15 minute bookable slots to answer any IT related questions.
  • The service is provided via Microsoft Teams.
  • The link to join the IT Drop-in Session (via Microsoft Teams) will be displayed when the online booking is confirmed. In addition, an email with the link will be sent to you.
  • Support includes both Library loaned devices and your own personal devices.
  • We support a variety of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Android and iOS) and software.
  • If we are unable to help with a specific issue we will redirect you to a third party who can provide assistance.

When is the service available?

  • The IT Drop-in Sessions will be available from Tuesday 2 March 2021.
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10.00 -12.00.
