We take complaints seriously and endeavour to solve any problem in a prompt and fair manner. If you find that you have cause to complain about your experience with us, please follow our complaints procedure below:

  1. Talk to a member of our staff; we will always try to assist you in resolving any issue.
  2. If a member of our staff cannot help and you are still dissatisfied then please use contact us by email.
  3. If you are still unable to find a resolution to the issue, then please contact Customer Services at Senate House Library as set out in our Complaints Policy.
