Come along to our taster course to experience two taster sessions with LSE academics, including specific sessions for those interested in German or Russian. Explore the LSE campus and meet LSE students.

BSc Language, Culture and Society is a joint programme offered by the LSE Language Centre and the Department of Sociology. It combines the study of social and cultural theory, identity and cultural forms with the development of advanced language skills. Students can choose one of five modern languages: French; German; Mandarin; Russian or Spanish.

Course requirements

Open to year 12 students only.
