In this course we'll explore the fundamentals of math and modelling using case studies on how Biochemical Engineers are helping to develop sustainable solutions to real-world problems using math.

Location: On campus

This course is particularly suitable for students who would like a course where they can combine maths with sciences, or who are interested in a career in the growing sector of biotechnology and biochemical engineering.

Course requirements

Year 11 (GCSE or equivalent year), Year 12, Year 13 (final year A Level/IB students), Anyone who is thinking of starting their undergraduate studies in September 2025.

Student must be studying Mathematics at A Level (or equivalent) OR a minimum of two science subjects.
