Welcome from the centre

The board of management is led by Mr. Abdul Hamid Chowdhury, the Principal, and Barrister Khaled Hamid Chowdhury, the Head of Laws and an advocate of English Legal Education in Bangladesh.

We have been operating for more than a decade and are the only Affiliate Centre of the University of London in Bangladesh. Our success, we believe, is due to experienced teachers and the dedication of our administration team.

Student testimonial

Anupoma Joyeeta Joyee

Anupoma Joyeeta Joyee - Bachelor of Laws

“When I decided to train as a Barrister, I was looking at a seven year process from Bangladeshi universities until I found out about the University of London International Programmes. It offered not only a cost-effective opportunity but also the comfort of studying from my own home town.

Sophisticated English legal texts taught by Barristers enabled me to have an international legal perspective while networking with Bangladeshi lawyers. This relationship benefitted my learning. My teachers and I worked as a team to do well in exams that are to be evaluated internationally.”

Anupoma is a final-year LLB (Hons) student with the University of London International Programmes at the London College of Legal Studies (South).
